Privacy Policy

This Policy contains information on the collected data and the rules for their processing and use on all websites run and maintained by nAxiom Sp. z o.o. The use and collection of information about users of websites is limited to the minimum extent required for nAxiom Sp. z o.o. to provide services at the highest level. The Privacy Policy contains information on the tools used by nAxiom Sp. z o.o. to ensure the most convenient use of websites (cookies, system logs) and on the data collected by entities involved in website analytics. The Policy also defines how we protect your data, what your rights are and how you can exercise them. At the same time, it indicates the tools for managing your consents.

Cookies:

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information in cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Website User’s end device and intended for the use of the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

3. Cookies are used for the following: 
- Adapting the content of the Website’s pages to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of web pages, in particular, they can recognise the Website User’s device and appropriately display the web page adjusted to the User’s individual needs.
- Generating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use web pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
- Maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each page of the Website.
4. Two basic types of cookies are used on the Website: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the Website or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are removed by the User.
5. The following cookie types are used on the Website: 
- Necessary cookies that allow the User to use services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website.
- Cookies used for ensuring security, e.g. for detecting misuse in the context of authentication on the Website.
- Performance cookies for the collection of information on the use of the Website pages.
- Functional cookies for “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalising the User’s interface, e.g. regarding the selected User’s language or region, font size, web page appearance, etc. 
- Advertising cookies for providing the Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests. 
6. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device. Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time they are placed on the Website User’s device. 7. The Website operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the features available on the Website pages. 
8. Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.

System logs.

System logs, i.e. event log – a chronological record of information about events and activities related to the Website. They contain data such as the IP address from which the given web page was accessed, the web page address and the connection time. System logs are used by nAxiom Sp. z o.o. in particular for statistical purposes and security monitoring.

Information clause on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the so-called GDPR, in connection with contractual relations, nAxiom Sp. z o.o. Based in Tajęcina, provides the scope of information required for the processing of personal data.

1. Who is the controller of personal data at nAxiom Sp. z o.o.? 
The data controller is nAxiom Sp. z o.o. based in Tajęcina 113, 36-002 Jasionka. It is not required to appoint a data protection officer. 
2. What personal data are processed by nAxiom Sp. o.o., for what purposes and on what legal grounds. The following data are processed: identification data such as name, company name, address, tax identification number (NIP), email address, telephone number. The data are processed for the purpose of: 
- Conclusion and performance of contract with nAxiom Sp. z o.o. or performance by nAxiom Sp. z o.o. of orders and other legal obligations. The legal ground is a set of data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (order, legal obligation).
- Settlement of sales of products and services by nAxiom Sp. z o.o., handling complaints, sending marketing messages and conducting internal analyses by the Company – in the above case, the legal ground is the Company’s legitimate interest.
- Direct marketing of nAxiom Sp. z o.o. products and services provided by electronic means – then the legal ground is the consent. 
3. How long do we store personal data? 
Until the expiry of the obligation to store data resulting from provisions of law, including the obligation to store accounting documents on contracts made with nAxiom Sp. z o.o. and orders in progress.
In the case of direct marketing, personal data are stored until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than it is necessary for proper customer service, including in particular the provision of up-to-date solutions to improve working with the Company’s products. 
4. To whom nAxiom Sp. z o. o. can transfer personal data and why?
Personal data may be provided by the Company to suppliers, partners, courier and transport companies (EXW delivery to the Client) only for the purpose of performing the contract/order. Data may also be transferred to institutions that provide project co-financing (only when such co-financing is carried out) and to public institutions in the event of an inspection. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as contractual clauses for personal data protection. 
5. What rights does the Client have regarding personal data protection? The Client has the right to: 
- access the content of their data, rectification and erasure from our resources, restriction of processing and obtaining a copy of the data, 
- object to data processing,
- withdraw consent (if it was given), without affecting the activities performed before its withdrawal,
- transfer of personal data; if the data are processed on the basis of consent or contract, we will then transfer the data (if they are processed) via a so-called secure data carrier,
- lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of data to the supervisory authority, i.e. The Personal Data Protection Office. 
6. Information on the mandatory or voluntary provision of data. 
nAxiom Sp. z o.o. informs about the voluntary provision of data by our Clients and Contractors in order to conclude a contract with nAxiom Sp. z o.o. or to perform an order. However, we emphasise that non-provision of data will prevent the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the order. Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary. 
7. Profiling
Personal data will not be profiled.
